I was serious about losing weight by following the Paleo diet and needed comprehensive guidance with recipes and all. I did some research and it led me to The Paleo Hacks Cookbook. The main cookbook includes 125 recipes for preparing salads, soups, meat, omelets, snacks and desserts. I’ve tried many of the recipes already and I have to say that they are all healthy and delicious. I found them to be quite diverse, so I doubt that I will ever get bored with them.
